While we take pride in all of our Glamboom products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept the return. Please return unworn, unwashed or defective Glamboom merchandise for up to 7 days after the shipment date. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before using it.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact info@glamboom.com if you have any concerns or queries.

Return Instructions

Step 1 : Please send an email at info@glamboom.com stating Order Id of the merchandise , your Name, your preferred Phone Number and your Email Id. Please mention Return and Order Id on the subject of the email. We won't consider the return request if any of the details is missing in the email.  We will send a Return Authorization if the merchandise comply with our return policy.

Step 2 : Enclose your Return Authorization and invoice in the return package with the item(s) you're sending back to us. Please send it back using your own trackable shipping method. We strongly suggest you insure your package since Glamboom LLC is not responsible for returns that we do not receive.

Shipping charges for returns are customer's responsibility; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We are not able to accept hand-delivered returns. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the inspection results - approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days after item(s) are received by us. Refunds are given for the item's extended price indicated on the original packing slip/invoice and any applicable taxes, excluding any shipping fees and additional discounts. Certain exceptions apply. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
